Quince Dance Academy Online Choreography Service Agreement

Effective Date: January 29, 2025

Welcome to Quince Dance Academy’s Online Choreography Service Agreement.

By proceeding with your booking, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please review the details below, and feel free to reach out if you have any questions before finalizing your purchase.




1. Services Provided


Quince Dance Academy LLC ("Studio") agrees to provide custom, pre-recorded choreography lessons to the undersigned client ("Client"). These lessons will be delivered through a private Google Drive folder. Clients will learn independently using these videos. Optional add-ons, such as live virtual coaching via Google Meet, may be included in the package or purchased separately. Live coaching is not part of the base service and must be scheduled in advance if purchased.




2. Payment Terms


Full payment is required at the time of booking. No services will begin until this contract is signed and payment is received in full.

Accepted payment methods include: Credit Card, Debit Card, ACH Bank Transfer, Zelle, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Cash App


All payments are non-refundable, including in cases of cancellation, rescheduling, event changes, or incomplete use of services.




3. Refund Policy


Client understands and agrees that all sales are final. However, Quince Dance Academy offers a conditional 7-day refund option

under the No-Regret Guarantee. To qualify for a refund:

Submit a refund request within 7 days of receiving the choreography video lessons.

Provide proof of effort (such as a screenshot of the video lessons viewed or a short practice video).

Refunds will be reviewed within 3–5 business days and issued only if all conditions are met. Refunds are available to first-time clients only. No refunds will be issued after the 7-day window or without proof of effort.




4. Delivery of Materials


All choreography video lessons and supplementary materials will be delivered via a private Google Drive folder assigned to the Client.

Materials will be delivered within 14 calendar days from the date both full payment and signed contract are received.Access to the folder will be revoked the day after the Client’s event date.

Materials may not be downloaded, copied, or distributed outside of the agreed usage terms. Sharing, reselling, or publicly distributing materials is strictly prohibited.




5. Choreography Revision Policy

All custom choreography begins with a demonstration video, which must be approved by the client before video lessons can be created.

Clients have 7 calendar days from the date the demonstration video is delivered to either:

Provide written approval of the choreography, or

Request one (1) complimentary revision

The complimentary revision may include:

Trimming or repeating sections

Simplifying movements

Adjusting transitions or tempo

If no response is received within 7 days, choreography will be considered approved, and the video lesson creation process will begin. Once lesson production has started, the complimentary revision will no longer be available. Any further choreography changes will incur the following fees:

Minor Choreography Adjustment (e.g. small section rework or tempo change): $40

Major Choreography Redesign (e.g. new song, full restructure): $100


5a. Late Revisions and Rush Requests

To maintain quality and ensure timely delivery, all feedback videos and choreography revision requests must be submitted no later than 14 days prior to the event date.

Requests received after this 14-day window are considered late-stage and are not guaranteed. If accepted, they may be subject to additional fees and are accommodated only as time and availability permit.

Rush Revision Fees (if accepted):

Minor Adjustment: $60

Major Redesign: $150




6. Music Mix Revision Policy

If you’ve added a music mix to your package, you’ll receive a clean, event-ready custom edit within 7 days of purchase and contract signing.

Each client is entitled to one free music mix revision, which must be requested within 3 days of receiving the mix.

Free revisions can include:

Trimming the song

Minor reorder of sections

After 3 days, additional changes will incur a $30 remix fee per request.


Important: If your updated music mix affects the choreography, the following applies:

Minor Choreography Adjustments due to music edits — $40

Major Choreography Changes (e.g., swapping out songs or full restructure) — $100

For any major changes, we’ll assess whether a full redesign is needed and communicate timelines clearly.




7. Coaching Feedback (If Included)

Clients who purchase packages including coaching will receive feedback on practice videos.

Uploads must be submitted by 11:59 PM the night before feedback days (Mondays and Thursdays).Feedback will be delivered by the following day. No feedback will be given for videos submitted outside the assigned Google Drive folder.




8. Live Virtual Lessons (If Included)

Clients who purchase packages that include one-on-one live coaching sessions must schedule these sessions in advance based on mutual availability. Sessions are conducted via Google Meet.

A stable internet connection and a device with video/audio capabilities are required for participation.

Missed or late sessions will not be refunded or rescheduled unless canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Included sessions must be used before the Client’s event date. Unused sessions are forfeited and may not be refunded, transferred, or applied to another event or participant.




9. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for ensuring all participants learn and practice the choreography using the provided materials.

The Studio is not responsible for reteaching or instructing any participant who misses instruction.

Coaching will not be provided without video submissions.

Clients must ensure participants are respectful, cooperative, and prepared during live coaching (if applicable).




10. Communication Policy

All communication will be conducted via email only. The Studio does not provide customer support via phone, text, or messaging apps (e.g., WhatsApp).

Clients may not contact the Studio through voice calls or third-party apps unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.




11. Instructor & Staff Changes

The Studio reserves the right to assign or substitute instructors, coaches, or coordinators as needed. No refunds will be provided due to personnel changes.




12. Intellectual Property & Usage Limitations

All choreography, videos, and training materials are the sole property of Quince Dance Academy LLC. Client is granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the materials exclusively for their private event.

Unauthorized use, duplication, or distribution is strictly prohibited.



13. Hold Harmless & Liability Waiver

By signing this agreement, Client acknowledges that choreography involves physical activity and assumes all responsibility for participant safety.

Client affirms that all participants, including minors, are physically able to participate and have permission from a parent/guardian where applicable.Client agrees to hold harmless and release Quince Dance Academy LLC from any liability related to injuries or damages during participation.

Client’s signature confirms understanding and agreement to all terms outlined above.
